The Dwarf Did It...

Book Tag: Book Blogger Memory Challenge

Book Tag: Book Blogger Memory Challenge

I saw this book tag over at Sleepy Sam Reads and I thought it would be fun to do. It was a little difficult believe it or not. There were a couple of questions I REALLY had to search the dark crevices of my brain for an answer.  I’ll be tagging The Wine Queen to do this next!

The Rules:

You must answer these questions without looking anything up on the internet and without looking at your bookshelves!!

1. Name a book written by an author called Michael.

The Crimson Petal and the White is by Michael Faber

2. Name a book with a dragon on the cover.

I have a beautiful illustrated version of The Hobbit that has a dragon on the cover. Stamped into the actual cover. I love the dust jacket years ago and don’t remember what was on that

3. Name a book about a character called George.

So for this one….. I can think of a TON of books WITH character’s named George but the only one I’m coming up with for a MAIN character is Curious George HAHA!

4. Name a book written by an author with the surname Smith.

Except for L.J. Smith, the author of the Vampire Diaries which is pretty much common knowledge. I drawing a mind blank on this one….. I can’t think of one at all and I haven’t read The Vampire Diaries haha.

5. Name a book set in Australia.

Big Little Lies. Even though the show on HBO is set in California the book itself is actually set in Australia. If I’m wrong with this one please correct me in the comments. It’s so hard not to look!

6. Name a book with the name of a month in the title.

One Day In December! I know this one right off because I entered in a Goodreads giveaway for this book last night!

7. Name a book with a knife on the cover.

EASY! Stalking Jack The Ripper! HAHA! I just read that book.

8. Name a book with the word ‘one’ in the title.

ONE DAY IN DECEMBER! Am I allowed to repeat answers? HAHA I gave myself this one easy. If I’m not allowed to repeat answers I just thought of another: Ready Player One

9. Name a book with an eponymous title.

Eponymous means named after someone or something right? OMG I want to go look this up but I’m not a cheater! Ok so…. If I am right with this meaning then a book title would be Charlotte’s Web ??? I’m going to be Googling this when I’m done to see how dumb I just made myself look.

10. Name a book turned into a movie.

Every movie that comes out nowadays is based on a book!! Most recently though that I’ve WATCHED is To All The Boys I Loved Before.
