The Dwarf Did It...

OwlCrate March2018 **SPOILERS!**

The March 2018 OwlCrate theme was Across the Galaxy. I was kind of iffy when I saw the theme for this box because I’m not all that into sci-fi but I LOVED THIS BOX. OwlCrate never disappoints!! Ok lets take a look at what was inside this month’s box………….

^^ This is everything that was in the crate and a description. (Sorry if it is hard to read. It was a little difficult to take a picture with the black card) ^^

^^ OH BOY WAS I IN PURPLE HEAVEN!!! Purple is my favorite color so I was all smiles unboxing. I’m going to talk about the infinity scarf right here. The scarf that came in this box is AMAZING. I used it for the background in these pictures. It a rich purple color and has stars all over it. You will see these in the next few pics. The material to this scarf is to die for! I would live in it if I could. It is a stretchy type material that is super soft and silky. It feels heavy-duty but very breathable ^^

^^ OwlCrate loves candles and that’s ok because so do I! This month OwlCrate had 2 candles made for this box so it was a surprise as to which one you got. I received the second one. The sweet honeydew scent is fresh and not too over powering. I’m not going to be burning it any time soon though because when you open it there is a shimmery dusting on the top that ind of looks like star-dust. It’s too pretty to burn just yet ^^

^^ The Across the Galaxy theme wouldn’t be complete without including Guardians of the Galaxy and, or course, something planetary. The pin was a beautiful image of a planet. The Guardians of the Galaxy item was a miniature Funko blind bag. I’m pretty happy with the character that was in mine ^^

^^ Ok…. I have to ask…. Who DOESNT love Star Wars?  I’m in love with this bookmark. It’s a hand painted watercolor and is absolutely stunning. No picture could ever do it justice. It is painted on thick watercolor paper so it seems pretty long-lasting. Im accident prone tho so i will need to get a sleeve for it before i use it. Id hate for something to happen to it. For right now i have it propped up on display on my bookshelf ^^

^^ I’m in love with this mug. It is the perfect size coffee or cup of tea. I’ve been using it for hot tea outside around my fire pit while i read. It pretty durable! (I’ll post usage pics in my monthly update) ^^

^^ There was a print with the characters and a quote from the featured book ^^

^^ Heart of Iron by Ashley Poston is the book that was featured in this month’s box. Like I said, I’m not into sci-fi but I am actually really excited to read this book. It is a retelling of the story Anastasia but set in space. As ive stated in my book review I Was Anastasia, I love the stories about Anastasia so I cant wait to see this book’s take on it. Of course, I’ll review this book in another post once I read it ^^

^^ CHECK OUT THE PURPLE STAINED PAGES!!! This is so unique. I can honestly say I have NEVER seen purple stained pages. This makes the OwlCrate edition of this book super special ^^

^^ Signed. Signed books are always a treasure ❤ ^^

Shadows and Secrets is the theme for April. The theme for this box is right up my alley and I’ve been SO IMPRESSED with OwlCrate this year that April CAN NOT get here fast enough! A sneak peek into next months hints at an item from Bones Coffee Co. Ive always wanted to try them out so this will be the perfect opportunity!

OwlCrate is AMAZING! I can promise you will not regret signing up for this subscription box. If you are interested in signing up for your own OwlCrate be sure to click the link below!!
